Jennifer Falk has been a dedicated member of the IFS Group since 2003, serving as Office Manager for over two decades. In her role, Jennifer provides essential support to our advisors by preparing account paperwork, processing service-related requests, and ensuring an exceptional experience for all clients. Her commitment to efficiency and attention to detail help keep operations running smoothly, making her a vital part of the team.
Jennifer holds a bachelor's degree in sociology from Shippensburg University and resides in Camp Hill with her two daughters, Riley and Mikayla. Riley enjoys playing soccer and softball, while Mikayla is involved in soccer and basketball. Jennifer can often be found cheering them on from the sidelines or driving them to their various activities. Formerly a softball director, Jennifer now focuses on supporting her daughters as they pursue their passions in sports.
