Senior Wealth Advisor Brent Guthrie is a partner at the IFS Group. He is a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor® and Accredited Asset Management Specialist® with over 15 years of experience in the industry. He is also part of LPL’s exclusive Retirement Plan Consulting Program (RPCP). He has been with the IFS Group out of Lancaster since 2012 offering retirement and wealth management services to individuals and families, as well as corporate retirement plans to small businesses.
Brent attended Bucknell University where he played basketball and graduated cum laude with a bachelor’s in business administration and a concentration in finance. He achieved Patriot League Academic Honor Roll recognition. Community service and giving back is important to Brent. For over 25 years, Brent has been a member of Civitas Lancaster (previously Sertoma Club of Lancaster). He is a past President, past Chair, past BBQ Chair, and currently serves on the board. Brent also volunteered as a youth sports coach for various teams over a 10-year period.
Brent and his wife, Shannan, have two children, Courtney and Tate. When he isn’t spending time with family, he enjoys outdoor activities, golfing, and playing with the family dog.
