The IFS Group is seeking an energetic, positive team player who is excellent with organizational and time management skills to join our team in our Mechanicsburg location. This position will support our financial operations by assisting with the new client onboarding process and client service experience.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Create and submit applications for life insurance, investments, and annuities.
- Manage application and underwriting process for smooth submission and client satisfaction.
- Respond to general account questions and service requests.
- Organize, scan, and file applications.
- Manage incoming and outgoing communication (phone, email, mail).
- Maintain firm's Customer Relationship Management System.

Our ideal candidate should be detail-oriented and tech-savvy with experience in data entry, filing, and scanning and available Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm. High school diploma required, Bachelor's preferred.
